Role of Zinc in Pregnancy

Zinc plays a key role in pregnancy ,it involve many enzyme reactions in the body which are more important in pregnancy and to the new born

-Iron,zinc and calcium tablets should be taken from 16-20 weeks of pregnancy till delivery and  after 3 months of delivery too
